Welcome to the International Aesthetic Academic Institution (IAAI). By accessing or using our website, training platform, courses, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IAAI. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Who Can Use IAAI Services

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age
• Professional Qualification: You must be a licensed healthcare professional or have appropriate credentials as specified for each course
• Legal Capacity: You have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
• Accuracy: All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful

IAAI reserves the right to verify your credentials and refuse service to anyone who does not meet the eligibility requirements.

Creating an Account

• You must create an account to access most IAAI services
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• One account per person - sharing accounts is prohibited
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Account Termination

IAAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You provide false or misleading information
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your conduct is harmful to other users or IAAI's reputation
• You fail to pay for services rendered

In-Person Training Courses - Payment Terms

Applies to: All in-person training courses held in Istanbul, Dubai, Verona, Baghdad, and other locations.

Registration Process:

1. Browse available courses and select your desired program
2. Complete the enrollment form with accurate information
3. Pay the required deposit (20% of course fee)
4. Receive confirmation email upon successful registration
5. Pay remaining balance 7 days before course start date

Payment Structure:

• Deposit: 20% of course fee due upon enrollment to secure your spot
• Balance: Remaining 80% due 7 days before course start date
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, CCAvenue, Stripe (credit/debit cards)
• Currency: EUR, USD, GBP, or AED as specified per location
• Late Payment: Failure to pay may result in enrollment cancellation without refund

Online Live Training & Webinars - Payment Terms

Applies to: Live online courses, interactive webinars, and virtual training programs.

• Full Payment: 100% of course fee due at time of enrollment
• Instant Access: Course details and joining links sent immediately upon payment
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, CCAvenue, Stripe
• No Deposit System: Full payment required to secure enrollment

E-Learning & Self-Paced Courses - Payment Terms

Applies to: Self-paced online courses, recorded video courses, and e-learning programs.

• Full Payment: 100% of course fee due at time of purchase
• Instant Access: Immediate access to course materials upon payment confirmation
• Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards via Stripe or CCAvenue
• Access Duration: Access period begins immediately after purchase (typically 6-12 months)

Pricing & Fees

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Prices displayed at time of enrollment apply to your registration
• Early bird discounts may be available for advance registrations
• Group discounts may be offered at IAAI's discretion
• Additional fees may apply for extra services (accommodation, materials, etc.)

In-Person Training Courses - Cancellation Policy

Applies to: All in-person training courses at physical locations (Istanbul, Dubai, Verona, Baghdad, etc.)

If you need to cancel your in-person course enrollment, you must submit a written request via email to info@iaa-i.com.

• 20+ Days Before Course Start: Full refund of all payments (100%)
• Less Than 20 Days Before Course: No refund available (0%)

Minimum Enrollment Requirements (In-Person Only):

• Maximum Participants: 20 students per course
• Minimum Required: 10 participants for course to proceed as scheduled
• Below Minimum: If enrollment is below 10, course duration may be reduced by one day

Online Live Training & Webinars - Cancellation Policy

Applies to: Live online courses and interactive webinars.

• Before Course Starts: Contact IAAI for case-by-case review
• After Course Starts: No refunds once live session has begun
• Recording Access: May be provided in lieu of refund at IAAI's discretion

E-Learning & Self-Paced Courses - Refund Policy

Applies to: Self-paced online courses and recorded video courses.

• Within 14 Days of Purchase: Full refund if less than 20% of content accessed
• After 14 Days: No refunds available
• More Than 20% Accessed: No refunds regardless of timeframe
• Technical Issues: Contact support for resolution (refund may be granted if issue cannot be resolved)

IAAI-Initiated Cancellations (All Course Types)

• IAAI reserves the right to cancel courses for any reason
• If IAAI cancels a course, all registered participants receive a 100% refund
• Participants will be notified promptly via email if cancellation is necessary
• IAAI is not responsible for non-refundable travel or accommodation expenses

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability in the new course date
• Processing fees may apply depending on timing and circumstances
• Contact IAAI administration as early as possible to discuss rescheduling options
• Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is at IAAI's sole discretion

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Bank processing times may vary (additional 5-10 business days)
• Transaction fees and currency conversion charges are non-refundable

In-Person Courses - Attendance & Participation

Applies to: Physical classroom training at IAAI centers

• Regular attendance is mandatory for in-person courses
• Late arrivals and early departures must be communicated in advance
• Minimum attendance percentage required for certification (typically 80-90%)
• Active participation in practical sessions is expected
• Professional conduct and respect toward instructors and peers required

Minimum & Maximum Enrollment (In-Person Only):

• Maximum Participants: 20 students per course (to ensure quality training)
• Minimum Required: 10 participants for course to proceed as scheduled
• Below Minimum: If enrollment is below 10, course duration may be reduced by one day

Online Live Training - Participation Requirements

Applies to: Live virtual training sessions and webinars

• Must attend live sessions at scheduled times
• Camera-on participation may be required for interactive sessions
• Minimum attendance for certification (typically 80%)
• Active participation in chat, polls, and Q&A expected
• Recordings may be available but do not replace live attendance

E-Learning & Self-Paced Courses - Requirements

Applies to: Self-paced online courses

• Complete courses within access period (typically 6-12 months)
• Pass required quizzes and assessments
• Complete all modules to receive certification
• No live attendance required - learn at your own pace
• Submit any required practical videos or assignments

Certificate Issuance

• Certificates awarded upon successful course completion
• Must meet minimum attendance requirements
• Must pass required assessments (practical and/or theoretical)
• Must complete all course assignments and evaluations
• Certificates issued by IAAI or partner accrediting bodies

Certificate Validity

• Some certifications have validity periods (check individual course details)
• Continuing education may be required for renewal
• Certificates may be revoked if fraudulent activity is discovered

Ownership of Content

All course materials, videos, documents, presentations, and other content provided by IAAI are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• IAAI retains all ownership rights to course materials
• Course content is for personal, educational use only
• No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is permitted
• Recording of live sessions prohibited without written permission
• Sharing login credentials or course access is strictly forbidden

Permitted Use

• View and download materials for personal study
• Print reasonable copies for personal reference
• Use knowledge gained for professional practice

Educational Services Only: IAAI provides aesthetic medicine education and training. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• You are solely responsible for your professional practice and patient outcomes
• IAAI is not liable for complications or adverse events in your clinical practice
• You must obtain appropriate insurance and comply with all local regulations
• IAAI's maximum liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the course in question
• IAAI is not responsible for third-party services (travel, accommodation, etc.)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and the laws of the jurisdiction where the training center is located (Turkey for Istanbul courses, UAE for Dubai courses, Italy for Verona courses).

Dispute Resolution Process

1. Informal Resolution: Contact IAAI directly to resolve issues
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be referred to mediation
3. Arbitration: Binding arbitration may be required for unresolved disputes
4. Legal Action: As a last resort, disputes may be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction

IAAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to registered users
• Prominent notice on the website
• In-platform notifications

Your continued use of IAAI services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use of our services.
