Certificate in Cadaver-Based Aesthetic Techniques
The Cadaver Course on Botox & Fillers (A–Z) is an advanced theoretical and hands-on training program designed for medical and aesthetic professionals seeking a deep anatomical and clinical understanding of facial injectables. Conducted on cadavers, the course integrates detailed facial anatomy dissection with practical application of Botox and dermal fillers. Participants gain precise knowledge of facial structures, injection planes, and safety considerations to enhance aesthetic outcomes and minimize complications.
What You'll Learn
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of facial anatomy relevant to aesthetic medicine, including bones, muscles, fat pads, blood vessels, and nerves.
- Analyze the relationship between facial anatomy and aesthetic principles such as symmetry, balance, and proportion to optimize treatment outcomes.
- Identify safe and effective injection sites in the anterior and lateral regions of the face based on cadaveric anatomical dissection.
- Apply Botox and dermal filler techniques accurately and safely, guided by in-depth anatomical understanding gained through hands-on cadaver practice.
- Recognize high-risk (danger) zones and implement strategies to minimize complications during injectable procedures.
About This Course
Program
Cadaver Course · BOTOX & Fillers from A to Z
An advanced theoretical & practical cadaver program in facial aesthetic anatomy — master the bones, muscles, fat pads, vessels and nerves that define safe, beautiful injection.
Course Snapshot
- Format: Theory + Dissection — Upper & Lower Face
- Faculty: Dr. Atannaz · Prof. Paternostro
- Outcome: Accredited certificate — ICLO · BACME · IAAI
- Class size: 22 students / session
Why This Course — Anatomy You Can See, Touch & Trust
Cadaver dissection reveals the precise nature of human tissue — its clinical and structural relationships — so your injectable practice is built on certainty, not guesswork.
What You Will Master
- Facial anatomy for aesthetics — the structures that govern symmetry, balance & proportion: the science behind attractiveness.
- Layer-by-layer dissection — bones, muscles, fat pads, blood vessels and nerves: exactly where they sit and why it matters.
- Safe injection technique — translate anatomy into confident placement across the anterior and lateral face.
- Real anatomy, no simulations — train on real cadaveric tissue: see what textbooks can't show and understand what models can't teach.
The Numbers
- 2 days of training
- 6+ injection sub-fields
- 100% hands-on practice
The Program — Days 1 & 2: Theory + Cadaver
The dissection of the face for aesthetics examines the bones, muscles and tissues that make up the face — focusing on how these structures contribute to facial symmetry, balance and proportion. This knowledge is used to refine techniques for enhancing appearance through injectables, fillers and surgical procedures.
Key Areas of Focus
- Facial bones — the skeletal foundation of facial proportion and projection.
- Muscles of the face — expression, dynamics and treatment planning.
- Fat pads — superficial & deep compartments that shape volume and ageing.
- Blood vessels & nerves — the danger zones every injector must know.
Injection Areas Mapped on the Cadaver
Sub-field by sub-field — exactly where technique meets anatomy.
Anterior face
- Frontal sub-field
- Zygomatic sub-field
- Mandibular sub-field
Lateral face
- Temporal sub-field
- Parotid–masseteric sub-field
