This policy applies to all paid courses and programs offered by IAAI, including:
Refund eligibility depends on when you submit your cancellation request relative to the course start date:

If eligible, refund processed within 7-14 business days
IAAI may cancel a course due to low enrollment (below minimum 10 participants), instructor unavailability, force majeure events, or venue issues. If IAAI cancels your course:
IAAI is not responsible for non-refundable travel or accommodation expenses incurred by participants.
The following fees and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
Payment processing fees and transaction charges.
Currency conversion fees applied during payment.
Certificates that have already been issued and delivered.
Downloadable materials that have already been accessed.
Accommodation, travel insurance, and other third-party bookings.
As an alternative to cancellation, you may request to reschedule your enrollment:
Once your refund request has been approved:

IAAI may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
Contact IAAI with medical documentation from a licensed physician. Case-by-case review for rescheduling or partial refund.
Provide official visa denial documentation within 7 days of denial. May qualify for full or partial refund minus admin fees.
Must provide official documentation. Case-by-case review with the option of credit toward future courses.
